Please raise any complaints to [complaints@matrixport.hk ], an acknowledgment missive will be dispatched within seven business days, ensuring a consistent flow of progress updates. Following the conclusion of our investigative procedures, the conclusive response will be furnished. While our objective is to address complaints within a two-month timeframe, any delays in resolution will be accompanied by a detailed written account, affording the complainant the opportunity to escalate the matter to the FDRC. Alternatively, the complainant may opt to await a comprehensive response post the completion of our investigative process. In cases of dissatisfaction with the resolution, the complainant retains the prerogative to escalate the complaint to the FDRC.
